• Your name (first and last)
• Email address
• Profile picture URL
• Facebook user ID (internal identifier used to link your account)
• Reviews and ratings you submitted (if you are a parent user)
• Nanny profile information and verification photo (if you are a nanny user)

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and the email address associated with your Kineru account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What happens when your data is deleted

• 1Your Kineru account and login credentials are permanently deleted.
• 2Your personal profile data (name, email, photo, role information) is permanently removed.
• 3 Reviews you submitted are anonymized — your name is replaced with "Deleted User" and your identity is removed. Review content is retained to preserve fairness to nannies who were reviewed.
• 4If you are a nanny, your profile and any uploaded verification photos are permanently deleted.

Timeframe

We will process your deletion request and permanently remove your data within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you have any questions about your deletion request, you can reply to that email or contact us at privacy@kineru.app.
