1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kineru ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including parents, nannies, and visitors.

2. Platform Description

Kineru is an online nanny rating and review platform that enables parents in Thailand to discover, rate, and review professional nannies. Nannies can create profiles, respond to reviews, and request reviews from parents they have worked with. Kineru provides tools for community-based trust and transparency in childcare.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in using a supported social login provider (Google or Facebook). Email/password registration is not available.
• You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked social account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated reviews
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or the review system
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without authorization
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

5. Content and Reviews

Reviews and ratings represent the honest opinions of the users who submitted them. By submitting a review, you confirm that:

• You have personally worked with or employed the nanny you are reviewing
• The content is accurate and reflects your genuine experience
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Kineru reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards, without prior notice.

6. Nanny Profiles

Nannies are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they provide in their profiles, including qualifications, experience, certifications, and availability. Kineru does not independently verify all profile information, though we offer an optional identity verification program. The verified badge indicates that a nanny has completed our identity verification process, not an endorsement of their skills or background.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting content (reviews, profile information, photos) to the Platform, you grant Kineru a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and use that content to operate the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. Kineru's name, logo, and proprietary technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

Kineru is a platform that facilitates connections and reviews. We are not an employment agency and do not employ nannies listed on the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any profile information or reviews. Hiring decisions are made solely by parents and nannies. Kineru is not responsible for any employment relationships, disputes, or incidents arising from connections made through the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kineru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
